JAQ-SDILI United is a design/build Butler Builder with the ability to meet the needs of non-residential project types, ranging from small to US$15,000,000 projects on a turnkey basis, including new construction and renovation of Manufacturing Plants, Warehouses and Distribution Centers, Office Buildings, Educational Buildings, Recreation Facilities, Health Care Facilities, and Aircraft Hangers. SDILI, the design arm of the company, is one of the largest and best-respected design institutes operating in Eastern China, and is extensively involved in design projects in all areas of industry. 

Projects have been successfully completed for our clients in China using a variety of project delivery methods, including General Contracting, Design/Build, Construction Management, or Design/Construction Management. JAQ’s dependable track record is based on years of award-winning performance. Our experience in China dates back to the inception of Butler (Shanghai) Inc. We have received Butler Builder Award and Quality Services Awards consecutively since 1996.
